How ranking works
Rank is the bid, nothing else. New listings normally start at a 1 € minimum. For the first 15 days after launch, you can get listed from 0,50 €, in 10-cent steps below 1 €. Once a bid reaches 1 €, raising it (including taking #1) moves in whole-euro steps, and you only ever pay the difference. You can also list for free and appear at 0 € without bidding at all.
Who can list
Only real LinkedIn profiles. You sign in with LinkedIn before you can list, so every listing is a verified person, no bots, no fake profiles. Tracking parameters on your profile URL are stripped automatically.
Messaging
Recruiters can message any listed candidate directly, for free, no account needed. Candidates reply from their GetSeen24 inbox and it lands straight in the recruiter's email; what happens after that is between you two.
